A Few Product Updates

I've decided to start going back and updating a few products.

The Circus Lolita Pumps have been changed a little:

• I've narrowed them
• added an alpha layer and got rid of the invisible-prim
• Added texture script so now all you need isw one pair in your inventory - wear and select the color you need (very handy

 
The BabyDoll Boots:

• resized 
• added an alpha layer and got rid of the invisible-prim
• you don't have to get them all individually, they are now all in one box (to save you time).

Warm Winter Boots:

• Connected the tops and bottom of the boots so you only have one attachment that bends better with your foot
• added an alpha layer and got rid of the invisible-prim
• you don't have to get them all individually, they are now all in one box (to save you time).
• MOST important - a resize script has been added since they were made a tad small and now if the guys wanna wear them - enjoy!

I will take time to update all the shoes to meet current standards so please be patient. You can tell changes have been made if they are displayed on a chalkboard background.

...it's all about the season

This time I've dropped some free Winter Antlers into the shop (In Her Shoes). I'm still considering doing a set of these with flashy Christmas lights.... we'll see.

Regarding Inworldz:

For those of you who may have seen me out and about Inworldz, I will indeed open a business there soon. Shoes are a bit tougher over there because although I may have the shoe sculpts on this end, not all sculpty designers will allow me to take them over. I would rather just make something over again or use different textures than upset vendors in SL. A HUGE HUGE thanks to the vendors who WILL let me use them (about 75% say yes and 25% say no).

Summer is upon us and it's time for some amazing ....FlipFlops!

This is a Back to Basics set for the ladies. You may ask...What on earth I mean by Back to Basics???
Well, It means that when you touch them it offers you about 150 colors and yes it will be the basic shadowed texture/color. This type of shoe is also very nifty when you can't find just the perfect summer shoe to go with that odd colored outfit.

When it comes to sneakers I prefer a distressed look but a few pair are a little cleaner looking:).

Some Simple Free Flats for Everyone!

The holiday season is upon us, so could'nt think of a better time to give. Please remember, ALL shoes at In Her Shoes are free.

I just set out the Bow-Bow flats but wanted to add a little something special for my amazing group members.

So if you haven't joined the Vignette group, please do. You'll find these little Christmas Bow-Bow flats in the group notices.

I also wanted to thank the kind people who helped out with tips. The tips allow me to find better textures and sculpties which go into the making of all these gifts I set out.

Most of all, it helps me keep the Sim up and running, so Thank you. I couldn't do this without you.

So this week I spent time on the guys too. That means if he's STILL wearing some cruddy freebie that HE thinks is great..it's time for a change that won't hurt his wallet! Bring him on by for all 9 pair...

Zoom in on these - the textures are amazing! These textures are the dark swarthy kind the men LOVE.

As for you ladies.....I set out what we all need, the basic pumps (in about 150 colors at a touch!). OMG!!!

So lady's, don't put your bridesmaid's out by making them pay for bridesmaid shoes....these are perfect at the perfect price and they will definitely wear them again!

As always ... both of these sets are FREE. So don't waste time, go now, before I release the notice to FashCon late next week (darn that one notice a week thingy).

A Gift to YOU

She said "give it away". After just a moment or two, I smiled and said "You're right" Our mother taught us to share.

So, here goes - All the shoes and hair at Vignette and In Her Shoes are now free for everyone. Future releases will also be free. The group (Vignette) will be one of the 25 allotted groups if you choose to join (to get notices and exclusive free gifts). I decided to go the easy route here to give me more building time in the long run.

I will never be the "best" hair maker or "best" shoe maker, but I DO make quality items and I never just throw things together. I have never made a profit in sl, but I do love the creative process.

One person warned me and said "but you're closing a door you can't open back up". She's right. I'm just fine with it. I figure not everyone can afford the newest releases, but they should still have easy access to quality items in central locations.

Damn shame all those really bad (and often very dated) free items in SL aren't just pulled out. As a noob, I acquired every freakin new bit of clothing I could get my hands on in the first 30 days. WOW, was THAT a mistake. My inventory became a huge mess and it seemed 90% of the free stuff was unusable. To this day my inventory still groans with bits of it.


Don't get me wrong, there are some incredible things out there but for the most part these treasures are spread so far out across the grid you may never find them.

My two newest releases are Warm Winter Boots and Toasties, please enjoy them. All the colors are found in the shop and I felt no fat packs or demos were necessary. Take the colors you like so your inventory can sleep at night.
