Pretty in Red

Wow - about time I mention this fun dress from Alchemy. It feels fresh and bold and I love the red and white layer beneath. The cute red sweater has some gorgeous shading on it!

The hair is a fun updo from Philotic Energy - I have to admit I'm a sucker for hairs that have color changing ribbons/bands.

What's Up?

Well - this past week I've been up at the workshop hammering and pinning upholstery. I was going for a lush vintage set, something that would bring out the diva in all of us:)

Sooo..I figured it was time to put my newest project in the store (Vignette).

I haven't had lots of time to blog this past week. Then I thought - what the heck - I would show you a few pretties from my closet and then run off to to take care of a few more things before I need to call it a night.

I love a good Lolita dress and these three are gorgeous. The Jessamine has been in my wardrobe for some time. I tend to pull it out when I sulk or if I'm in the mood for good tantrum!

The Alice is newer and I find it great for flirting...in an 18 year old sort of way....really...

Brand new would be the Candy Dress. This one I see may come in handy for my pouting (or pleading) moments.

Yup - I'm all set now. Well...I could get a Lolita dress for my bitchy/bratty moments .....hmmm.

Check out this dress! Just one of many free gifts to be found this past week at the Retrology 1 yr anniversary.

This mall is such a unique place in SL simply because it tries to stick with it's theme (unlike sooo many others in game).

If a mall advertises that its theme is jazz, roman, medieval or whatever..for goodness sakes, play music to set that mood and carry only appropriate stuff in the shops .

Nothing I dislike more about exploring than landing in a Sim that has advertised as romantic, yet upon arrival, heavy metal screams in the background. Anyway, you get my drift. At Retrology, the vast majority of the vendors make every effort to keep the mood with their product and music. So, Thanks to everyone - it makes a difference to the whole shopping experience.
