I need more high waisted skirts. They are incredibly versitle. Puma Jie is such a fun forties outfit - it feels all bold and flirty. For a change - I can easily add any shirt in my closet..as long as it is on the shirt layer! Turtlenecks to tanktops - they all look great. They don't even have to be designed to look vintage.
Just add any shirt to the Puma skirt and the total look still seems to be 1940's.
So designers - please - more high waisted skirts.
